MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS HAUWA AUDU (MS) MANAGING DIRECTOR/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER She is a chartered and licensed stockbroker, a Professional Accountant and Consultant. She graduated from Ahmadu Bello University Zaira - Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Accounting in 1983. She holds the Associateship of the following professional bodies. - The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, ACA - The Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, ACS. In a career spanning almost two decades, she worked initially with Union Bank Plc, Industrial Training Fund and subsequently NNPC, where she held at various times the positions of Depot Accountant, Jos (The first woman to be appointed Depot Accountant by PPMC) Officer-in-Charge Treasury and Credit Control (NETCO LTD, a subsidiary of NNPC). BARRISTER ABAS JEGA MOMOH - DIRECTOR A lawyer from Ahmadu Bello University Zaira, graduated 1991 with LLB. And had his BL in 1993 from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos. He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. He was the District Manager (North) Avery Nigeria Ltd until 1997, When he went into private legal practice in A.M. JEGA AND CO. She is at present the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer Amyn Investments Ltd. NELLY CHIKEZIE (MRS) – MARKETING/RELATIONSHIP MANAGER Our aggressive marketing manager holds HND, (Upper Credit) in Mass Communication, from Federal Polytechnic, Oko in 1994. She started her career as a reporter with African Guardian. She later worked with Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC – NAPIMS), Crude Oil Marketing Department in 1992 where she was in charge of the OPEC reconciliation accounts, after NAPIMS in 1994. She worked with the NNPC Corporate Headquarters Public Affairs Department (PAD) from 1994 to 1999 and then she decided to make a career in the Capital Market, which brought her to Amyn Investments Ltd till date. ASSOCIATES STAFF : MR. KOLA OWOLABI - He is the Managing Director of David Richards Associates, the publishers of “Managing Your Own Business” Magazine. He is the corporate finance expert and has a wealth of experience in banking and the capital market. Mr. Owolabi worked at various times with Forbes consultants Limited, Prudential securities, Great Merchant Bank, NDIC and presently with WBF Investments (the investment arm of Winners’ Chapel). Mr. Owolabi has a B.Sc (Hon) in political Science from the University of Ibadan and an MBA of the University of Lagos. He is also a member of various professional bodies. Mr. Owolabi is an in-house corporate finance consultant to Amyn Investments. Limited. MR. SEGUN ADEOYE – He is the Marketing Partner, Haultrac Limited – a management consulting firm with special bias for sales/Marketing, Business Process and human Capital Reengineering. Before now, Mr Adeoye worked as Country Business/marketing Analyst of United Parcel Service Nigeria, and equally held various sales management positions in the company. He has also worked at various times with Dresser Magcobar Nigeria Limited and Moshab International limited. Mr. Adeoye has a B.Sc. (Hons) in Sociology from the University of Ilorin and a Masters in Managerial Psychology of the University of Ibadan. He ia presently running a M.phil. /PhD program in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Ibadan. He has attended various local and international management courses, amongst which are: District management Training Course and Advanced Marketing Skills for Senior Marketing Managers. Mr. Adeoye is a resident consultant to Amyn Investments Limited. |
